Sample Delivery

Sample delivery is the most common practice in drugs trading. Certain procedures should be carried out in order to speed up this process and make less unnecessary effort.

In Kelun Bio-Pharma, we prefer our customer carry following procedures to order your samples.

1)Complete the e-order ( e-order. xls ) form in advance;

2)Receive our amended e-order form and make a full and official paper order ( paper-order. PDF ) form with your signatures and company's seal;

3)Send your paper order form in PDF format by e mail or fax to our executives;

4) Inform our executives the sent order and state your special requirement such as certain delivery standard in written if necessary.

5) Delivery AWB numbers will be given when samples are delivered, please check trace of your samples on carrier's online database.

Notice:

1)DHL, TNT, Fedex are preferred in sample delivery, and currently only DHL can handle liquid sample from China to overseas;

2)Only direct remittance or equivalents is accepted by Kelun Bio-Pharma and samples are only delivered when remittance is done;

3)Please reserve the buffer period for application from authorities, including MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) , Certification Report for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods , COA(if needed), product introduction and guarantee, bank transaction and etc..
